Modules with tool wall: building a made-to-measure workshop
Each Garage module is a complete column: the unit below (workbench with drawer cabinets, cabinet with single door, hinged or sliding doors, including louvred and polycarbonate versions) and the tool wall above, with perforated panels and wall cabinet, for a total height of 2000 mm. The standard widths (714, 1020, 1216, 1428, 1520, 1824 and 2040 mm) add up until the wall is covered; the finish is always light grey and anthracite RAL 7035 + 7016. Prices start from around €1,000 per module.
Typical layout
In the centre, the 2040 mm workbench module with two drawer cabinets; at the sides, a sliding-door cabinet module for spare parts and a 714 mm single-door module for PPE and cleaning products; in the corner, a corner module. If the wall is long, complete configurations cover the same dimensions with a single code and a lower price than the sum of the modules.
Without tool wall
The same cabinets and trolleys without the upper structure are in Garage cabinets and trolleys; LED bars, worktop covers and adjustable feet in Garage components and accessories; individual Work series workbenches in workbenches.
Frequently asked questions
Do the modules fix together?
Yes, the modules sit side by side and are joined with the screws supplied, and the tool wall must be fixed to the wall for stability. The result is a continuous wall with no visible gaps.
Can I start with one module and add more later?
Yes, that is the whole point of the system: height, depth and finish stay the same over the years, so a module bought later sits alongside the existing ones. It is advisable, however, to leave the tool wall ready for extension.
Does the workbench module have a wooden worktop?
Yes, a multiplex worktop; the rubber-coated steel cover, among the Garage components and accessories, protects it from oil and scratches and can be replaced when worn.
