General terms of sale

1. Customers

The site is reserved for businesses, professionals and public bodies with a VAT number or public-body tax code. We do not sell to private consumers.

2. Orders and conclusion of the contract

An order sent from the site is a purchase offer. The contract is concluded with our order confirmation by e-mail. We reserve the right not to accept orders if the product is unavailable, in case of an obvious pricing error or if the customer's details cannot be verified.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros, excluding VAT, and are those in force at the time of the order. Shipping costs as shown on the page Shipping.

4. Payment

Using the methods shown on the page Payments. Late payments are subject to default interest under Italian Legislative Decree 231/2002.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are indicative and run from the order confirmation or, for advance payment, from receipt of payment. Goods travel at the recipient's risk from handover to the carrier (ex works / on board the truck), unless otherwise agreed.

6. Warranty and complaints

As set out on the page Returns and warranty. Apparent defects must be reported within 8 days of delivery (art. 1495 of the Italian Civil Code).

7. Retention of title

Goods remain the property of Uncle Beto S.r.l. until the price has been paid in full (art. 1523 of the Italian Civil Code).

8. Personal data

Data is processed in accordance with theprivacy policy.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

Italian law applies. The Court of Milan has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. In case of discrepancy between translations, the Italian version prevails.
