Flexa drawer cabinet: compact and safe

The Flexa is the Fami drawer cabinet for tight spaces: width 717 or 1023 mm, depth 600 mm (compared with the Master's 726), height 1002 mm, or 921 mm for the version on castors. The 5 to 9 drawers are full-extension with a perforated base and slotted sides for dividers; the single-opening mechanism prevents two drawers being opened at once, and therefore tipping, and the structure is ready for floor or wall fixing. Cylinder lock. Total load capacity 300 kg. Prices start from around €650.

The model on castors has 5 drawers, a height of 921 mm and a handle: a drawer cabinet that follows the technician around the department without the cost of a full trolley.

Where it makes sense

Frequently asked questions

Why does only one drawer open at a time?

It's the anti-tip system: with only one drawer pulled out, the centre of gravity stays within the base. It is essential on narrow drawer cabinets 600 mm deep, especially if they are not fixed to the wall.

Can the Flexa be fixed to the wall?

Yes, the structure is ready for floor or wall fixing, which is recommended at workstations where the drawer cabinet does not stand next to other furniture.

How does it differ from the Master?

The Flexa is 600 mm deep instead of 726, has a total load capacity of 300 kg instead of 900 and fewer drawer combinations. In return, it fits where the Master won't and costs less for the same number of drawers.
