Picking trolley: screws and fixings that follow the operator

The small parts trolley brings a complete range of screws, fixings and small components to the line or workstation: 100 to 132 Picking Box Air open-fronted bins mounted on one side or two (double-sided, Linea 391, 130 bins), braked castors, height up to 2267 mm for the double-sided version. The bins are available in blue, yellow, red and green for department colour coding. Load capacity 300 kg. Prices start from around €335.

Compared with fixed shelving, the picking trolley cuts down operator walking and lets you prepare the kit for the next batch while the line is working.

Extendable arms

The trolley with extendable arms holds bins or tilted trays at adjustable height and distance: it moves up to the workbench or machine and retracts at the end of the operation. Useful in kitting and at workstations where the worktop space is already taken.

Replacement bins and alternatives

The open-fronted bins are ordered separately in multipacks. For fixed workstations there are small parts shelving units; to transport whole boxes, Clever shelf trolleys.

Frequently asked questions

Are the bins included with the trolley?

Yes, the number in the name (100, 120, 132) indicates the Picking Box Air bins supplied with the trolley, in the chosen colour. Additional bins or other sizes are ordered separately.

Can I use bins of different sizes on the same trolley?

Yes, the trolley panels accept all Picking Box Air sizes: you can replace a row of small bins with larger bins for bulky components.

Will the double-sided trolley fit through a door?

The Linea 391 double-sided trolley is 850 mm deep and 2267 mm high: it fits through industrial doors, not 80 cm doors. Check the dimensions on the product page before ordering.
