CNC tool trolley: from presetting to the machine

The Combi NC is the trolley for machining centre tools: plastic tool holders that receive the taper without damaging it, 25 positions for ISO 50 and HSK A63-B80 or 35 positions for ISO 40, 1064x512x892 mm frame on braked castors, in blue RAL 5012 or grey RAL 7035. Tools stay upright, with the shank protected, and reach the tool changer already in list order. Prices start from around €460.

The holders grip the tool by its taper, with no contact on the cutting edge, and the spacing between positions leaves room for large-diameter tools too. The trolley top is at the right height for loading the machine's tool magazine without bending.

Choosing the taper

Order the trolley with holders for your taper: ISO 40 (35 positions), ISO 50 (25 positions) or HSK A63-B80 (25 positions). For workshops with several machines and different tapers, it is best to have one trolley per taper so they don't get mixed up.

Fixed storage

Can the holders be changed?

The trolley is ordered already fitted with holders for your taper (ISO 40, ISO 50 or HSK A63). To change taper later, contact us: we'll check the availability of individual holders.

How many tools does it hold?

35 with ISO 40 holders, 25 with ISO 50 or HSK A63-B80 holders. The number is in the product name.

Can it also be used for HSK A100 or Capto?

The catalogue holders are ISO 40, ISO 50 and HSK A63-B80. For other tapers, request a quote: we'll check the available options with Fami.
