Euro Box containers: the container of internal logistics

Euro Boxes are polypropylene containers sized as submultiples of the 800x1200 mm Euro pallet: 300x200, 400x300, 600x400 and 800x600 mm, in heights from 70 to 420 mm, capacities from 5 to over 120 litres, load capacity up to 60 kg. Reinforced rims allow stable stacking; a flat base lets them run on roller conveyors and inclined shelves, with closed grip or open handles. Prices start from around €5 per container.

The walls and base are smooth, so the containers are quick to wash; side reinforcements keep them in shape even when loaded and stacked high. Open handles can be gripped while wearing gloves.

Virgin, recycled or ESD

Silver grey virgin polypropylene is the standard; the recycled version costs less and is suited to internal use; the black conductive polypropylene version is for EPA areas handling circuit boards and electronic components, with a conductive lid and a dedicated ESD trolley.

Accessories and where to use them

Hinged lids, comb dividers, inner trays and 600x400 container trolleys are in the bin accessories. Euro Boxes fit on FIFO flow racking, on Clever trolleys and on shelving units. For heavy or hot parts, see the metal boxes.

Frequently asked questions

What do codes like 4322 or 6415 mean?

They are the dimensions: the first two digits give the length in cm, the third the width, the last ones the height. 4322 = 400x300x220 mm; 6415 = 600x400x150 mm. All Euro Box sizes are read the same way.

How many containers fit on a Euro pallet?

Per layer: 4 containers 600x400, 8 containers 400x300, 16 containers 300x200, 2 containers 800x600. The stack height depends on the height of the containers and on the load capacity; the reinforced rims keep the stack aligned.

Are Euro Boxes suitable for food contact?

Virgin polypropylene is a material also used in the food sector, but suitability depends on the certification of the individual item: check the product page or contact us before ordering for food use. The recycled and conductive versions are not for food.
